Self-Discovery and Self-Care is the yoga process of Embodyoga(R). We offer systems and frameworks for investigation, but your experience will always come down to personal exploration. The clarity and curiosity with which you approach your practice affects how you benefit from it in your life.

Your Self-Care is to ask yourself to learn and recognize what you need in any situation. If you need to rest, take it. If you need help, ask for it. And be mindful of your personal wellbeing.

The more you attend to this study, the more fruit it will bear for your practice, your life, and your eventual expression as a yoga teach. Be curious and explore this new journey in movement.

100hr and 200hr done together

100hr is Thursday evening, Saturday and Sunday– last training February 25, 2024

200hr is Thursday evening, Saturday and Sundays – last training April 7, 2024

Schedule

6 weeks x 3 sessions = total of 18 sessions in person trainings for the 200hr

3 weeks x 3 sessions = total of 9 sessions in person trainings for the 100hr.

Requirements

Since this is a shorter amount of time, I will require students to do more self-study and take more classes.

Required videos by Patty Townsend, participating in her Embodyoga® classes, designing and recording a 1-hour video for final, homework, reading materials, creating a 15 minutes yoga classes with 3 asanas to share in group session time. Participating in other studio classes and taking notes on experience.

Fees

The fee is $3200 for 200hr and $1800 for 100hr. Included in the Embodyoga® Yoga Teacher Training are free Embodyoga® classes taught by Patty, monthly fee to access Patty’s video library and free classes virtually by Sara during the teacher training.

Pay in full by January 3, 2024 is required. Or deposit of $500 for Monthly Payment Plans are available at an increased fee so please ask.

Module 1 & 2 for $1800 - $500 deposit, $1300 balance or $700 per month for 2 months ($100 increase)

Module 3 & 4 for additional $1400 – balance $1400 or $800 per month for 2 months ($100 increase)

Module 1-4 for $3200 - $500 deposit, $2700 balance or $700 per month for 4 months ($100 increase)

Cancellation

A non-refundable and non-transferable fee of $500 if you cannot participate after January 18, 2024.
